Mes Chers amis,
Permettez-moi, au nom de la famille Muna et en mon nom personnel, de vous remercier sincèrement pour votre soutien multiforme tout au long des obsèques du Bâtonnier Bernard Muna.

Ces moments ont été difficiles, surtout si peu de temps après le décès du professeur Wali Muna, en début de cette même année.

Perdre le Batonnier Bernard Muna, notre chef de notre famille a créé, une blessure qui sera difficile à guérir. Le soutien et l’attention spéciale du mouvement dans son ensemble, et de ses membres de manière singulière, resteront à jamais dans nos cœurs. Le fait que vous soyez resté à nos côtés jusqu’au départ du Batonnier Bernard Muna pour sa dernière demeure est une confirmation que nous formons une famille.

Au cours de sa vie, le Batonnier Bernard Muna a mené de nombreuses batailles, dont la dernière
campagne présidentielle de 2018 à vos côtés. Nous vous sommes reconnaissants d’avoir été avec nous alors que nous lui disions adieu. Je vous en remercie mes chers amis.

My Dear Friends,
Allow me to extend, on behalf of the Muna family and myself, our sincere gratitude for your assistance all through the funeral arrangements, through to the burial of Bâtonnier Bernard Muna. These have been difficult moments, especially coming so soon after the passing of Professor Wali Muna, earlier this year.

Losing Batonnier Bernard Muna has created, in our family, a wound that will be difficult to heal. The support and special attention provided to the family by the NOW! Movement as a whole and of its individual members, will remain in our hearts forever. The fact that you stayed with us until the departure of the Bâtonnier Bernard Muna for his final resting place is a confirmation that we truly are a family.

Batonnier Bernard Muna’s was a life well lived, during which he fought many battles, including
the 2018 presidential election, by your side. We are grateful to you for standing by us as we bade him farewell. For that, I am deeply grateful.
